2. Service provided by Quoteseeker.com.au

2.1 Quoteseeker.com.au does not provide any goods or services for jobs listed on this website. This site acts as a Directory and referral service to match users job request with service providers. Quoteseeker.com.au is a facilitator in this process only and the user and service provider acknowledge and agree that Quoteseeker.com.au is not party to any dealings between the user and service provider. Quoteseeker.com.au or Storm Media is not be responsible with any dealings between the user and service provider.

2.2 Quoteseeker.com.au will attempt to notify listed service providers of new job leads listed on this site. Quoteseeker.com.au does not guarantee that any jobs listed by the user will result in any quotes or contact with any listed service providers.

2.3 It is free for a user to post job leads on this site .

2.4 Quoteseeker.com.au charge a fee to registered Business service providers to quote on listed jobs and gain access to users contact details and to list their business details upon the Directory.


3. Terms of use - User Listing a Job
"You" means the user of this website.

3.1 You agree that you are genuinely interested in obtaining quotes for jobs that you have listed on this site.

3.2 You understand that you may not receive any quotes.

3.3 You agree not to post any offensive material.

3.4 You agree to provide your correct and accurate contact details and provide accurate information in your job lead posted on this site.

3.5 You give consent for Quoteseeker.com.au or Storm Media to pass on your contact details to any registered interested service providers for the purpose of providing quotes to you.

3.6 You agree that Quoteseeker.com.au may remove or edit any jobs listed by you on this site or any other feedback you may post on this site.

3.7 You agree that it is your duty to establish the suitability, check for licenses, insurances etc... of the service provider in relation to the services required by you before engaging any provider you may choose.

3.8 You agree to receive emails from the Quoteseeker.com.au website.


4. Warranties and Disclaimers

5. Terms of use - Service Providers - Businesses
"You" means the Business or Service Provider

5.1 To use our site and receive Job leads the provider must first register and sign up online through our site. To provide quotes on listed jobs the service provider must pay a fee to Storm Media in advance to obtain the customers contact details.

5.2 It is the service providers responsibility to ensure that all information they provide us is true and correct.

5.3 The service provider agrees that Quoteseeker.com.au or Storm Media may refuse, remove any service providers listing or advertisement at any time from the Quoteseeker.com.au website.

5.4 It is the service providers responsibility to ensure the security and confidentiality of their own password .

5.5 Quoteseeker.com.au or Storm Media charge a fee to service providers to buy job leads contact details.

5.6 You agree and understand that there are no refunds given once a job lead has been purchased or any payments have been made to Storm Media.

5.7 Quoteseeker.com.au does not guarantee that any job leads or quotes given by the service provider will result in a positive sale to you.

5.8 You understand that all job leads are passed on to multiple service providers and that by submitting a quote does not guarantee a sale to you.

5.9 You agree to accept emails from Quoteseeker.com.au for the purpose of lead notification and any other notices.

5.10 You agree and understand that the Quoteseeker.com.au website is also used as a business directory listing website and makes no guarantee that you will receive any job leads.

5.11 You agree and understand that customers or users are able to post feedback about your business and services and that these may be posted on the Quoteseeker.com.au website.

5.12 Quoteseeker.com.au reserves the right to edit or remove any feedback posted on this site.

5.13 You agree and understand that there is no refunds on any unused credits in your account.

5.14 You agree and understand that Quoteseeker and Storm Media cannot guarantee that any job leads posted on our website will be 100% accurate with customers contact details or customers phone number, or that customers job listings are actively looking for service providers. Quoteseeker takes a number of steps to verify jobs listings details before being listed on the Quoteseeker.com.au website. Customers posting a job must first click a email link to verify their email address, job listing details are then reviewed before being listed on the Quoteseeker website. Quoteseeker.com.au recommends to businesses that if unsure of any job listing details, to first use the Ask a Question feature available to them before purchasing any job leads.


Indemnification.
